Ashley Turner has extensive experience in the educational field. Her dream of becoming a teacher was realized in 2005 after graduating from Champlain College located in Burlington, Vermont with a B.A. in Elementary Education. Ashley had been able to student teach every semester throughout her college experience and worked in classrooms with a variety of grade levels from Pre K- 6 in both Vermont and England. After graduation, Ashley moved to Colorado and began her teaching career. By working through various school systems, Ashley was able to experience a variety of curriculums and evaluate how well they worked. She then received a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Massachusetts.
In 2008, Ashley relocated to Massachusetts and began tutoring for a corporate tutoring facility and as a result began to develop methods and strategies and tailored these methods to the individual or the small groups she was tutoring. Students received great results and referrals began flooding in as client after client was accepted to their first choice high school, admitted to their first choice college, got better grades than they ever thought they would in a troublesome subject area, and developed sharp and focused skills in academic areas from essay writing to Algebra.
Inspired by a love of teaching and fulfilled by the success of her clients achieving their goals, Ashley wants to replicate the success of her Boston based clients here in Florida by offering effective, personalized curriculum.
